Fat Ticker Halloween Friday

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Weighed in this morning at 139.2lbs. That puts me down a few ounces from last Friday!! I'll take any loss at this time. Hopefully I'm well on my way to breaking through this plateau!!!

November 1st tomorrow!! Time to revisit and create some new goals!!!
