Good morning! How would your life change if you realized that ninety percent of the obstacles you face in reaching your dreams are created by your mind? I don’t know what the actual percentage is, but I truly believe that the obstacles thrown in our way from life are incredibly outnumbered by the obstacles thrown in our way by ourselves.

If I compare goals I have pursued where I entered them with self-doubt, to goals that I pursued with complete conviction-the results are always the same. I succeeded when the conviction was there, and I faltered when it wasn’t. How can we expect the world to line up and be on our team, if we aren’t even on our own team?

Before we chase a dream, we need to encourage, believe and trust in ourselves. We need to come face-to-face with our doubts and fears, and then overcome them, step-by-step-that is what challenging life is all about.

It's Monday!!! Fresh start a brand new week!! I'm back to my workouts twice a day - 30 Minute walk during my lunch hour & my evening workouts. I'm excited!! I know I can do this!! I can see my goal so close!!! So...So... CLOSE!!!

(Note: Weight Watchers WI - down 1.6lbs. Total loss so far 5.6lbs!)

Sun - Yoga
