Back again & it's a semi short work week, so the menu planning was a bit easier for me. I have tons of repeats because with school starting last week, I didn't have a chance to get to all the recipes that I wanted to try. Maybe I should call it a menu guideline. lol... Since I often stray away for what I actually plan, but most of the time stick with it.
Week 9/1 - 9/7
Monday ~ Labor Day Picnic at Mom's! Yum!!
Tuesday ~ Taco Night
Wednesday ~ Southwestern Bean Soup w/ cornmeal dumplings
Thursday ~ Attempting the Cider-Brined Chicken (again) with baked potatoes & broccoli
Friday ~ Grilling (Hamburgers & Hot dogs) with sweet potato fries
Saturday ~ Out around town (eat out & healthy)
Sunday ~ Kickin' Creamy Chicken Stew in a Slow Cooker using FROZEN chicken breasts & veggies.
First full week of back to school for me & the homework starts as well. Hopefully I will be able to get in most of the meals that I planned out!
